Refunds for travel services are subject to the conditions of each service provider.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Used airline tickets

  • No-show bookings

  • Promotional or special-offer packages

  • Services already provided

Refundable Situations

Refunds may be granted when:

  • The trip is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

  • A provider cancels the service

  • Force majeure situations (according to supplier rules)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 working days, depending on airline and supplier policies.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
